Based on the concept design for your project, the finishes and finer details are chosen and can include everything from flooring and paint schemes to door hardware, fixtures and fittings for each space.

To help make the process seamless Shan will visit the showrooms, narrowing down the endless possibilities and then presenting you with a curated selection of finishes and fixtures to thoughtfully complement your design direction and bring the vision to life. 

Then, once approved, Shan will develop a detailed schedule of fixtures and fittings that can be communicated to your builder for the project to commence.
